Abstract Submission

Abstract Submission Guidelines  
  • Abstracts may only be submitted by registered attendees of the Symposium. Only one abstract per attendee will be accepted. Selected abstracts will be presented as posters at the Symposium. Abstracts may only be submitted electronically as an MS Word email attachment. By submission, authors certify that the information submitted has not been previously published.
  • Abstract submission deadline is January 4, 2008.
Style Guide
  • Create the document in MS Word. Please use the following fonts only: Times New Roman, Helvetica, and Symbol. Please use 12 point font only.
  • Please limit the body of the abstract to 250 words or less.
  • Use CAPS for the Abstract Title
  • List submitting author first followed by contributing authors.
  • List authors names in the following order: first, middle, last (Jane R. Smith).
  • State authors institutional or corporate affiliation.
  • Submit the abstract as an email attachment by clicking here: submit abstract.
  • The following information must appear in the subject line of the email: your last name, your symposium registration number and the words "Abstract Submission".
Poster Presentation
  • If your abstract is selected for presentation as a poster at the Symposium, you will be notified by January 11, 2008.
  • If your abstract is selected for presentation, please observe the following Poster Presentation Guidelines.
