Registration & Lodging

The Timberline Symposium is now accepting applications for the 2008 Symposium. To apply, please follow these easy steps:

1) Please print and use the  Application/Registration Form (PDF)* to submit your application and lodging request. The Full-Program registration fee is $550.00 and includes all scientific sessions, scheduled meals and social events, scheduled ground transportation to and from Portland International Airport (PDX) and Timberline Lodge, and use of the Symposium hospitality suite at PDX on Saturday, February 9, 2008. Guest registrants- significant others and/or family members- are welcome at the Symposium and may register for a fee of $350.00. Guests are entitled to all services except admission to the scientific sessions.

Instructions for filling out the registration form are provided on the first page of the application
. A $50.00 late fee will be added to applications submitted after December 3, 2007, the early registration deadline.

2) To view current lodging availability and costs, please see Lodging Availability. There are a limited number of rooms at Timberline Lodge and the Symposium encourages attendees to help maximize the occupancy of the Lodge by sharing a room with a colleague.
